Gingered Chicken With Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated ginger | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 4 chicken breasts, split, skinned, and boned | ||
| 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Melted butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a flat dish combine yogurt, ginger, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic.
Add chicken and coat well.
Dip chicken in crumbs to coat.
Place in 3-quart baking dish.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
