 Carrots8 , sliced
 Butter/Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Firmly packed brown sugar1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Orange juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine carrots and butter in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 8 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Blend until smooth.
Stir into carrots.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
