Gingered Cantaloupe Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup chopped crystalized ginger | ||
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cantaloupe | 1 | |
Directions
Mince ginger fine and blend with sour cream.
Cover and chill.
Cut cantaloupe into balls.
Place sour cream mixture in serving dish and surround with cantaloupe balls and toothpicks.
Serves 4.
