Gingerbread Jumbles Recipe

Ingredients
2 oz. flour
1/2 -tspn, ground ginger
2 oz. golden syrup
1/2 -tspn, lemon juice
pinch salt
2 oz. demerara sugar
2 oz. butter
Directions
Warm the butter, syrup and sugar, stirring till sugar is dissolved.
Sift the flour, salt and ginger.
When butter mixture is well blended, add the lemon juice and stir all into the flour mixture.
Proceed as in above recipe.
