1.Blend cream and add sugar to it as per the taste.
2.In a small round casserole, spread a layer of broken ginger nuts.
3.Put a layer of mandarin oranges at its top.
4.Cover the oranges with a layer of whipped cream.
5.Continue making the layers until all the ingredients are used.
6.Top with cream.
7.Put the lid on and refrigerate overnight.
8.Slice and serve in a dish.
