Gingerbread Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup water
 
1 cup molasses
 
1/4 cup butter or oil
 
1 Tbsp. sugar
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
2 tsp. ginger
 
1 tsp. baking soda
 
2 cuds flour

Directions

In 2 cup glass measure microwave (high) water, molasses and butter 1-2 minutes until boiling.
Add sugar, salt, ginger and baking soda.
Blend in flour.
Pour into 6 cup plastic ring mold.
Microwave (high) 6-8 minutes rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
Invert from pan.
