Ginger Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken breast | 2 Large | |
| Teriyaki marinade sauce | 7 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 4 Inch, finely chopped | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes and marinade with teriyaki sauce and black pepper powder. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add the chicken with the marinade. Cover with lid until chicken gets thoroughly cooked (approx 5-8 minutes).
Remove lid and continue cooking till the teriyaki sauce begins to thicken.
Add chopped ginger and salt to taste. Fry until the sauce thickens and coats the pieces well and the chicken cubes have browned well.
Serve Hot with steamed rice.
