Ginger Sauce Recipe
The taste of this very Ginger Sauce recipe has played on my mind so much that I hardly ever go for any other Ginger Sauce recipe. The famous Ginger Sauce is served at the Chinese table as a yummy Side Dish. All you have to spend less than 10 minutes to prepare Ginger Sauce. Believe me, just try this Ginger Sauce once, you'll love it.
Ingredients
2 tsps. fresh ginger, finely grated
1 1/2 cups ginger water
4 spring onions, chopped
4 dried red chillies
2 tbsps. soya sauce
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
1 level tsp. salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
(1 tbsp. cornflour, 1/2 cup cold water) mix together
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except cornflour mixture.
Place in a pan.
Cook over low heat, bring to a boil.
Stir well.
Add cornflour mixture.
Stir well.
Serve immediately.
