Directions

Mix in a greased oven dish.
Pudding: Mix together: 1 cup flour, 1/2-tspn.
ginger, pinch salt and 1 tspn. Bi-carb.
Add 2 tblspns, apricot jam.
Lastly add 1/2-cup warm, melted butter.
Mix well and drop spoonsful in the syrup mixture.
Bake for three-quarters of an hour at 350° F.
