Ginger Tea Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened | ||
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon milk, if necessary | ||
| 1 loaf pumpkin or nut bread, thinly sliced | ||
| Candied ginger, cut into thin slivers | ||
Directions
Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth, adding milk if needed to thin.
Spread on each bread slice; top with slivers of ginger to taste.
Cut into triangles and serve.
