Ginger Strawberry Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry-kiwi gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup sugar-free ginger ale
1/2 cup fresh strawberries or frozen no-sugar-added, thawed and then sliced
Directions
Put the gelatin powder into a large mixing bowl.
Add the boiling water and ginger.
Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
Add the ginger ale and mix.
Arrange the strawberries in four dessert bowls.
Pour the gelatin mixture over the strawberries.
Chill for 3-4 hours.
Top with your favorite white topping, if desired.
