Ginger Snaps Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup crisco
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons ginger
4 level teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix crisco and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and molasses.
Sift flour with other dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Mix well.
Shape into small balls €” roll in sugar and bake at 375° F.
about 12 minutes.
