Ingredients

 Boneless pork butterfly loin chops - 4 (1 pound), around 1 inch thick
 Dry sherry or apple juice- 1/3 cup
 Ginger root1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Reduced-sodium soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Remove the fat from pork chops.
2) Take the other ingredients in a glass or plastic dish to mix them well.
3) Coat the pork with the marinades and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Make sure not to keep them in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours.

MAKING

4) Set the oven control to broil.
5) Take out the pork from the marinades and reserve the remaining marinades.
6) Put the pork on the rack in broiler pan and brush with marinades.
7) Broil the pork with tops about 4 inches from heat for 7 minutes till the pork becomes brown.
8) Turn the side of the pork and brush with marinades.
9) Broil for another 5-7 minutes till pork is no longer pink.

SERVING
10) Serve Ginger Sherry Pork Chops with sides of your choice.
