|Seasoned rice vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Reduced sodium soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Arrowroot powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Defatted chicken broth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oriental sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated ginger root||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|

Stir in the honey until smooth.
Then stir in the broth, juice, oil, ginger and garlic.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and translucent (maximum thickening occurs before boiling).
Remove from the heat and let cool.
