Ginger Sesame Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Seasoned rice vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Arrowroot | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup chicken broth, defatted | ||
| Pineapple juice | 1/ Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 teaspoons oriental sesame oil | ||
| 1 teaspoon grated ginger root | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
Directions
In a small saucepan, use a wire whisk to combine the vinegar, soy sauce and arrowroot.
Stir in the honey until smooth.
Then stir in the broth, juice, oil, ginger and garlic.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and translucent (maximum thickening occurs before boiling).
Remove from the heat and let cool.
Refrigerate to store.
Stir before serving.
