Ginger Roasted Pecans Recipe
Ingredients
| Pecan halves | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg white | 1/2 , Whipped | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp. margarita or kosher salt | ||
Directions
Mix pecans in fluffy egg white; allow excess to drain.
Mix all dry ingredients, then add to nuts.
Bake on low heat (250°) for approximately 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times
