Ingredients

 Pecan halves1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg white1/2 , Whipped
 Cayenne pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Granulated Sugar4 Teaspoon
 1/2 tsp. margarita or kosher salt

Directions

Mix pecans in fluffy egg white; allow excess to drain.
Mix all dry ingredients, then add to nuts.
Bake on low heat (250°) for approximately 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times
