Ginger Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Refined flour | 155 Gram (For 4) | |
| Egg | 1 (For 4) | |
| Butter | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Sugar | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Ginger powder | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Milk to mix | ||
Directions
1. Cream butter and sugar well.
2. Add yolk of egg and beat.
3. Sieve flour and baking powder.
4. Beat egg white stiffly and add flour and white alternately.
5. Fold in ginger powder.
6. Grease pudding mould, pour in mixture and cover with grease proof paper.
7. Steam for 1 1/2 hours.
8. Serve hot with custard sauce or jam sauce.
