 Refined flour155 Gram (For 4)

 Butter55 Gram (For 4)
 Sugar55 Gram (For 4)
 Ginger powder1 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Baking powder1/2 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Milk to mix

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar well.
2. Add yolk of egg and beat.
3. Sieve flour and baking powder.
4. Beat egg white stiffly and add flour and white alternately.
5. Fold in ginger powder.
6. Grease pudding mould, pour in mixture and cover with grease proof paper.
7. Steam for 1 1/2 hours.
8. Serve hot with custard sauce or jam sauce.
