Ginger Mint Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrot | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Crystallized ginger | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 tablespoon mint jelly | ||
| Mint | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
1. Arrange carrot in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a serving bowl; keep warm.
2. Combine ginger, jelly, and mint in a small saucepan, stirring well. Cook over medium heat 1 minute or until jelly melts. Pour over carrot; toss well.
