 10 small pieces preserved ginger
 Ginger syrup1 Tablespoon, preserved
 Vanilla Ice Cream1 Quart
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In a 5-cup blender container, combine the ginger, syrup, and 1/4 of the ice cream.
Whirl very smooth.
Add the rest of the ice cream and the milk.
Whirl on high speed just until blended.
