Ginger Marinated Sea Bass Recipe
Ingredients
| Sea halibut | 4 , frozen | |
| Teriyaki sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger root | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. In a shallow dish combine teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, gingerroot, brown sugar, garlic, and red pepper. Add fish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, turning the steaks occasionally.
2. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fish on the greased unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes. Using a wide spatula, carefully turn fish over. Brush with marinade. Broil 3 to 7 minutes more or till fish flakes easily with a fork. Discard any remaining marinade. If desired, sprinkle with cilantro.
