Ginger Glazed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 2- 2 1/2 pounds frying chickens, cut up | ||
| 1/2 cup ginger marmalade | ||
| 2 tablespoons ginger-flavored brandy | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Juice of 1 or 2 limes | ||
Directions
Arrange chicken pieces in a large, shallow baking pan.
Combine marmalade,brandy, oil, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Brush on chicken pieces.
Bake at 375° F for 30-40 minutes or until tender and glazed, basting frequently.
