Ginger Glazed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
2- 2 1/2 pounds frying chickens, cut up
1/2 cup ginger marmalade
2 tablespoons ginger-flavored brandy
2 tablespoons oil
Juice of 1 or 2 limes
Directions
Arrange chicken pieces in a large, shallow baking pan.
Combine marmalade,brandy, oil, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Brush on chicken pieces.
Bake at 375° F for 30-40 minutes or until tender and glazed, basting frequently.
