Ginger Fruit Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Cantaloupe | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dried cranberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated ginger | 1 Teaspoon, peeled | |
| 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing gently.
