Ginger Crisp Spritz Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Preserved ginger rice crispies- 1/4 cup, finely diced | ||
| Oil for greasing | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat an oven to 187.5C (375 C).
2. Grease a baking tray with oil and keep aside.
MAKING
3. In a medium sized bowl, add butter, salt, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder.
4. Mix well and knead into dough.
5. Divide dough into small equal portions and shape each into a round ball.
6. Cover these balls evenly with rice crispies and place on greased tray.
7. Bake in pre heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
8. Makes 4 dozen cookies.

9. Serve with warm milk.
