Ginger Cream Sauce With Grapes Recipe
Ingredients
| Neufchatel cheese | 2 Ounce, softened | |
| 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| Apple juice concentrate | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Ground ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups green grapes | ||
| 2 cups red grapes or blueberries | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a blender or food processor and process the ingredients such as yogurt, Neufchatel cheese, ginger and apple juice concentrate. Prepare a smooth puree.
SERVING
2. Divide the grapes in to 4 parfait glasses and pour equal quantities of the sauce on each glass over the puree.
