Ingredients

 Neufchatel cheese2 Ounce, softened
 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
 Apple juice concentrate1/4 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
 Ground ginger1/8 Teaspoon
 2 cups green grapes
 2 cups red grapes or blueberries

Directions

MAKING
1. Take a blender or food processor and process the ingredients such as yogurt, Neufchatel cheese, ginger and apple juice concentrate. Prepare a smooth puree.

SERVING
2. Divide the grapes in to 4 parfait glasses and pour equal quantities of the sauce on each glass over the puree.
