Ginger Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablesp. powdered sugar | ||
| Ice | ||
| Pale dry ginger ale | ||
Directions
Mix together cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
Put an equal amount of this mixture into each of 3 tall glasses.
Add ice and fill the glasses with ginger ale.
Stir and serve immediately.
