Ginger Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup melted butter or substitute
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups sifted flour, sifted with: 1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream tartar
2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all together.
Form into balls.
Press down with fork.
Bake about 15 minutes at 375° F.
