Ingredients

 Salad oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pineapple juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Molasses1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger1 Teaspoon
 1 fryer, halved or quartered

Directions

MAKING
1) Except chicken, combine all other ingredients together.
2) On a grill about 3 to 6 inches from coals, place the chicken and brush with the sauce.
3) For about 60 minutes or till the chicken is tender, cook it over low coals, running and brushing with the sauce frequently.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
