Ginger Broiled Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Steaks | 2 Pound, frozen | |
| Dry white wine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat broiler.
MAKING
2. To prepare the fish cut them into 6 serving portions, arrange in a single layer in a well-oiled preheated pan.
3. In a bowl combine all ingredients except fish, pour over fish and broil 10 to 12 minutes about 2 inches from the heat, turning once and basting several times.
FINALIZING
4. To check whether the fish is done, pierce gently with a fork to see if flakes easily.
SERVING
5. Serve hot with the desired garnish.
