 Molasses1 Tablespoon (Stir in; Simmer:)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon (Stir in; Simmer:)
 Ginger1 Tablespoon, grated (Stir in; Simmer:)

Directions

Sweat onion, garlic, minced ginger and jalapeno in oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add ginger beer, increase heat to medium-high, and simmer until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer over medium heat until sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl, cool and cover with plastic wrap.
Store up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
