Ginger Batter Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/4 cups sifted regular flour
 
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1 egg
 
1 cup milk
 
1/4 cup salad oil

Directions

1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and ginger into a medium-size bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients all at once; beat with a rotary beater until smooth
