Directions

Grate the ginger. And put the grated ginger into a jar.
Put little water so that the ginger gets immersed into it.
Tighten the lid of the jar and keep it in the fridge for half an hour or 2 hrs or overnight depending on your choice.
Strain the ginger liquid mixture and pour it into glass. Mix the ginger ale with some mineral water.
You can also put some raspberries or papaya juice or green tea for more flavored taste.
