Ingredients
| 2 cooking bananas, sliced | ||
| Sweet potato | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Yam | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Quick-cooking tapioca | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups thin Coconut Milk | ||
| Coconut cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime | 1 | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Coconut Cream and lime, and cook over low heat until tender.
Add Coconut Cream and juice of 1/2 lime just before removing from heat.
Cut remaining 1/2 lime into 8 thin slices and put one on each serving.
