Gilroy Garlic Muffins Recipe
Gilroy Garlic Muffins are delicious muffins that are sure to entice your taste buds. I served these muffins for a get together with my friends at home. They loved it and have been haunting me for this Gilroy Garlic Muffins recipe ever since. Try it out!
Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Romano Cheese
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Cup Milk
1 Large Egg
3 Tbsp. Melted Butter
1 Tbsp. Garlic Oil
2 Cloves Diced Fresh Garlic
1/2 Cup Diced Green Onion to ps
1/4 Cup (2 Oz.) Diced Pimientos
1/2 Cup Sliced Green Olives (Optional)
Directions
Measure first five (dry) ingredients and combine thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.
Measure the next five ingredients and combine in blender on high speed until garlic is thoroughly chopped.
Add the green onions, pimientos and olives to the dry mixture in the bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and stir not over 10 seconds to combine.
Fill greased muffin tins three-fourths full and bake for about 20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes
