Giblet Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pkgs. chicken hearts | ||
| Gizzards package | 1 | |
| Onions | 3 Large, chopped | |
| 4 tbsp. paprika salt | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Sautee onions in oil, add paprika, and let simmer 2-3 minutes. Use frying pan.
2. Rinse off hearts and gizzards and add to onion.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Simmer gently 2 hours. No water is added up to this point. Place all in a soup kettle.
