Ingredients

 
2 pkgs. chicken hearts
 
1 pkg. gizzards (cut in quarters)
 
3 large onions, chopped
 
4 tbsp. paprika salt
 
2 tbsp. oil

Directions

1. Sautee onions in oil, add paprika, and let simmer 2-3 minutes. Use frying pan.
2. Rinse off hearts and gizzards and add to onion.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Simmer gently 2 hours. No water is added up to this point. Place all in a soup kettle.
