Giant Raisin Chip Frisbees Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease and dust with flour.
Cream butter with sugars in large bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light.
Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in small bowl.
Add to creamed mixture with chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts; stir until well blended.
Scoop out about 1/2 cupful of dough for each cookie.
Place on prepared cookie sheets, spacing about 5 inches apart.
Using knife dipped in water, smooth balls of dough out to 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
