Giant Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients

| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 12 Ounce | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla.
2. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat into chocolate mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
3. Drop by 1/4-cupfuls 3 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets; flatten gently. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until lightly browned around edges. Let cookies cool on sheets 3 minutes, then remove to a rack and let cool completely.
