Giant Burger Recipe
Ingredients
| Giant Bun | ||
| Lean ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, separated into rings | |
| 2 ounces Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2-inch strips | ||
| Tomato | 1 Large, thinly sliced | |
Directions
Prepare Giant Bun.
In large bowl, combine ground beef, catsup, mustard and pepper; mix lightly but thoroughly.
Line 9-inch round baking pan with plastic wrap or foil.
Shape beef mixture into large patty in pan, pressing lightly but firmly.
Remove patty from pan.
Lightly oil grid.
Cook burger, on covered grill, over medium-hot briquets 7 minutes.
To turn, slide a flat baking sheet under burger.
Hold a flat plate over burger, flip over and carefully slide uncooked side onto grid.
Grill, covered, 7 minutes longer or to desired doneness.
Arrange onion rings and cheese on top of burger during last minute of cooking.
Remove from grill with flat baking sheet.

Place burger on bottom half of bun; arrange tomato slices on top.
