Ghehu Nu Dudh ( Wheat Milk Sweet ) Recipe

Ingredients
250 gms. dried wheat milk
250 gms. sugar
2 litres milk
50 gms. almonds boiled and sliced
50 gms. raisins washed, dried
1/2 cup rose water
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg-cardamom powder
100 gms. pure ghee
Directions
1. Wet the dried wheat milk in two cups of water for half an hour.
2., Place the pure ghee in a vessel and when ' hot pour in the dissolved dried milk and water and briskly stir the mixture for five minutes. Add sugar and milk and keep stirring till the mixture thickens and looks like scrambled eggs. When all the milk has been absorbed taste for sugar and if fully cooked remove from the fire.
3. Mix in the raisins, almonds, rose water and nutmeg-cardamom powder and briskly mix for one minute before emptying the mixture into a glass dish.
