Ghee Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ghee | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, minced | |
| Cloves | 4 (Whole Spices:) | |
| Cardamoms | 4 (Whole Spices:) | |
| Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon (Whole Spices:) | |
| Salt | To Taste (Whole Spices:) | |
| Hot water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) (Whole Spices:) | |
| Peppercorns | 8 (Whole Spices:) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 1/2 inch (Whole Spices:) |
Directions
Heat ghee.
Fry whole spices till they splutter.
Add onion and fry till light brown.
Add rice, turmeric and salt.
Fry for 3-5 mins.
Add in water and boil briskly till water is absorbed.
Cover and keep on a low fire till rice is nearly cooked.
Remove from heat and spread over the masala meat.
