Ingredients

 Rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ghee2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, minced
 Cloves4 (Whole Spices:)
 Cardamoms4 (Whole Spices:)
 Turmeric1/4 Teaspoon (Whole Spices:)
 Salt To Taste (Whole Spices:)
 Hot water4 Cup (16 tbs) (Whole Spices:)
 Peppercorns8 (Whole Spices:)
 Cinnamon1 1/2 inch (Whole Spices:)

Directions

Heat ghee.
Fry whole spices till they splutter.
Add onion and fry till light brown.
Add rice, turmeric and salt.
Fry for 3-5 mins.
Add in water and boil briskly till water is absorbed.
Cover and keep on a low fire till rice is nearly cooked.
Remove from heat and spread over the masala meat.
