 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Milk1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Can you be a bit more detailed on how to make it? What do you do with the nutmeg, salt, flour, and baking powder? It really annoys me sometimes when they do that.
