German Potato Salad Recipe

| Salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Potatoes | 3 Pound, cooked, peeled and cut into 0.25 inch slices |

Directions
Add onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper; heat to boiling.
Mix in bacon.
Pour over potato slices in a serving dish and toss lightly to coat evenly.
Garnish with snipped parsley and paprika.
