German Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 pound (about 12 slices) bacon, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 package (1 pound) frozen French fried pota toes
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Directions
Saute bacon until crisp in a large frying pan; drain on paper toweling.
Cook potatoes in same pan, following label directions for pan frying; drain on paper toweling.
Cut into bite size pieces and combine with bacon and celery in a salad bowl.
Pour off all drippings, then measure 2 tablespoonfuls and return to pan; stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; then simmer 1 minute.
Pour over potato mixture; toss to mix well.
Serve warm.
