German Noodle Ring Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup medium noodles, cooked and drained
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in pieces
2 eggs, well beaten
Directions
Spoon noodles into a buttered 1 1/2 quart ring mold.
Blend flour, salt, and paprika into hot butter in a saucepan.
Heat until bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Bring to boiling; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cheese all at one time; stir rapidly until cheese is melted.
Reserve half of sauce to use later.
Add beaten eggs gradually to remaining sauce, blending well.
Pour over noodles in mold.
Set mold in a pan in a 350°F oven.
Pour hot water into pan to a depth of 1 inch.
Bake about 40 minutes, or until mixture is set.
Unmold onto a large platter and pour remaining cheese sauce over mold.
