German-Fried Chicken Recipe
My children wouldn’t mind if I serve the German-Fried Chicken everyday!! This tasty fried chicken is one of my favorites too. Try this delicious German-Fried Chicken for yourself.
Ingredients
| Fryer chicken | 3 Pound | |
| Salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Beer | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Fat | ||
Directions
Season the chicken with 2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Let stand 1 hour.
Sift the flour and remaining salt and pepper into a bowl; beat in the eggs and beer until smooth.
Stir in the butter and parsley.
Coat the chicken with the batter heavily.
Chill for 1 hour.
Heat fat to 360 degrees.
Fry the chicken until browned.
Drain and place in a shallow baking pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tender.
