Directions
GETTING READY
1) Peel a strip from the center of each potato.
2) Halve the large potatoes.
MAKING
3) In a 1 1/2-quart casserole add potatoes, onion, and water.
4) Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 7 to 9 minutes stirring once.
5) Keep aside covered for sometime.
6) To prepare the dressing, keep the bacon in a 2-quart casserole.
7) Wrap with white paper towels.
8) Cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes stirring once.
9) With a slotted spoon keep aside the bacon.
10) In the 2-quart casserole add vinegar, sugar, seasoned salt, celery seed, and pepper into the bacon drippings.
