German Style New Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 1 pound tiny new potatoes
 Lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup torn curly endive
 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
 Radishes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 3 tablespoons sliced green onion with tops
 Bacon Slices6
 Vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon
 1/4. teaspoon celery seed
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Peel strip around center of each potato.
Cook potatoes in boiling water as directed
Drain.
Halve any large potatoes.
In bowl combine cooked potatoes, lettuce, curly endive, eggs, radishes, and green onion.
In skillet cook bacon till crisp.
Drain, reserving 1/3 cup drippings.
Crumble bacon; add to potato mixture.
To reserved drippings in skillet add vinegar, seasoned salt, celery seed, and pepper.
Heat to boiling; pour over potato mixture.
Toss quickly; serve at once.
