German Skillet Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sauerkraut | 1 16 Ounce, undrained | |
| 2/3 cup uncooked regular white rice | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1 pound ground beef chuck | ||
| Salt | 1 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
Directions
In large skillet, heat butter; spread sauerkraut over butter; sprinkle with rice and onion.
Top with chuck, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
Cook, covered, over low heat, 25 to 30 minutes.
