Ingredients
| Shortening | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 8 Tablespoon | |
| Potatoes | 16 Large, pared | |
| Onions | 3 Large, chopped | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread slices | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Parsley | 6 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a large frying pan, heta shortening and butter or margarine in it.
2.Put potatoes, onions, celery, slat and pepper in it and cover lightly.
3.Heat the mixture on low flame for 30 minutes.
4.Keep mixing in between.
5.In a small bowl, put bread crumbs.
6.Drizzle milk on the crumbs and transfer the crumb mixture to the frying pan.
7.Add eggs and heat until cooked properly.
8.Once the flecks starts showing, turn off teh heat.
9.Add parsley and allow the stuffing to settle at room temperature.
SERVING
10.Use the stuffing as desired.
