 Bacon - 1 pound, cooked and crumbled
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients except for the sour cream and bacon, in a slow cooker.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
3) Take out the bay least and remove the potatoes with the help of a slotted spoon.
4) Mash the potatoes and mix them with the sour cream. Return the mixture to the slow cooker and stir well.
5) Add the bacon and mix well.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
