German Pork And Sauerkraut Stew Recipe

 Boneless pork2 Pound, cubed
 Sauerkraut1 Can (10oz), drained
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Large, finely chopped
 Garlic salt1 Teaspoon
 Paprika2 Teaspoon
 Dill weed2 Teaspoon
 Chicken broth1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Place pork in 2-quart glass casserole.
Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave for 15 minutes on high.
Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
Microwave for 25-30 minutes on high or until meat is fork tender.
Blend in sour cream.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
