German Noodle Ring Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup medium noodles, cooked and drained
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
6 ounces Swiss cheese, cut in pieces
2 eggs, well beaten
Directions
1. Spoon noodles into a buttered 1 1/2 quart ring mold.
2. Blend flour, salt, and paprika into hot butter in a saucepan. Heat until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add cheese all at one time; stir rapidly until cheese is melted. Reserve half of sauce to use later.
4. Add beaten eggs gradually to remaining sauce, blending well. Pour over noodles in mold.
5. Set mold in a pan in a 350°F oven. Pour hot water into pan to a depth of 1 inch. Bake about 40 minutes, or until mixture is set.
6. Unmold onto a large platter and pour remaining cheese sauce over mold.
